How Overnight Domain Express Works

Your message is electronically transmitted to Digitizing America processing sites from your PC where your messages are printed, processed and placed into U.S.P.S. Express Mail bags and rushed to the post office for Overnight delivery. As a result of our unique U.S. Postal Service arrangement Express Mail receives priority handling and, depending on their final destination, most are delivered the next business day.

Office or PC Input - With Internet Access everyone in your office can have a totally automated way of sending overnight letters directly from their PCs. Or you can establish a computer gateway directly to Digitizing America for high volume transmissions.

Types of Delivery

From Overnight delivery using Express Mail to First Class Mail using prebarcoding and postage discounts Domain Express can deliver your message within 1 -2 business days.

Message Size

Messages can be laser printed on Monarch size, 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14 inch paper. We can also print on contineous forms and cut to the appropriate size. Perforations, graphics and logos can be added on any form.

Envelopes are custom closed face or single or double window.

List Management

We are able to interface with and process address lists stored on your in- house database systems.

Processing Assistance

You can significantly reduce the time and effort needed to send your messages by utilizing our customer support services, including data entry and text preparation, tape and diskette conversion, custom programming, address and ZIP verification, ZIP +4 appending, and address and text storage.
